All artifacts manifested within the dimension of the Markandeya Project arise from a transcendental collaboration, fully supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Indonesia (Dana Indonesiana) and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia (LPDP). The use, dissemination, and transmission of these works are bound by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and the sacred covenant of Markandeya.

The following acts are strictly forbidden:
The reproduction of artefacts without written consent from the keeper of the dimension.
The commodification of Markandeya’s frequency for personal gain.
The alteration visual elements of “Batik Ciprat Grahita” and “Emerald Gaze” beyond the ordained chromatic spectrum.

V. Limitations of Liability (The Void Clause)
The Markandeya Project assumes no liability for:
Inner disquiet arising from exposure to our abstract expressionist works.
Data transmission failures arising from signal disruptions within the user’s dimension.
Residual emotional traces left after engaging with our musical compositions of “Berhenti Meminta”.
VI. Silent Amendment
